Lymphedema Therapy/Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
CDT is a two-part treatment plan for patients presenting with lymphedema. First phase is to reduce volume using a conforming garment over time. Second phase is to contain the affected region using a fixed garment to prevent any further pooling of lymph fluid. Both phases are supported and complemented by Manual Lymphatic Drainage to further promote lymph movement to avoid any lymph stasis.
We offer assessment, treatment, treatment plan and garment fitting/measuring for lymphedema.
